Pale yellow with greenish highlights. It is delicate and fresh on the nose, with flower notes. It tastes dry, sapid and balanced.

It perfectly combines with asparagus, risotto, eggs and seafood. Excellent as an aperitif.

Serve at 8°-10° C.
